Terms of Service

NexusRun Cloud · Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of NexusRun Cloud, the hosted registry and dashboard at nexusrun.dev, registry.nexusrun.dev and app.nexusrun.dev (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these terms. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean NexusRun.

The NexusRun command line tool and runtime are separate. They are open source under the Apache License 2.0 and are not covered by these terms. These terms cover only the hosted Service.

1. Your account

2. Your content

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

If we find a violation we may remove content or suspend access, and we will tell you why where we can. To report a security issue, email hello@nexusrun.dev.

4. Plans, trials and billing

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it without a guaranteed uptime unless we have agreed a service level with you in writing (for example on an Enterprise plan). We may change, add or remove features, and we may perform maintenance. Units already on your machines keep running if the Service is unavailable, because the Service does not host inference.

6. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time; email us and we will delete your data. We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the Service, with reasonable notice where we can give it. On ending, you may pull your content for a reasonable period unless we ended your access for abuse or the law prevents it.

7. Warranties and liability

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can cancel before then.
